Web Design for High Park Trades Who Work Under Big Trees
Oak leaves clog eavestroughs every November and roots creep into clay sewer pipes every spring, and trades near the park live by that calendar.
Projects from $1,500. Month-to-month. Toronto-based.

The High Park calendar, from leaves to roots
Fall fills the eavestroughs
Roof and eavestrough calls build through October and November as the big trees drop their leaves.
Spring backs up drains
Heavy spring rain and old clay sewer lines bring backed-up basement drains and root-clearing calls.
Owners want a yearly company
Families here stay for decades and look for a company they can call back every season.
Seasonal pages go live before each rush, not during it.
Big trees, old pipes and a predictable year
Some of Toronto's tallest trees shade the streets around High Park, from Bloor Street West down toward The Queensway, with Parkside Drive on the east side. Under them are large Edwardian houses, many with original clay sewer connections. Arborists work under the City's tree protection rules, eavestrough crews clear leaves and plumbers spend a lot of time pulling roots out of old pipes.
A seasonal business needs a seasonal site. Your eavestrough and roof pages get refreshed in late summer, your drain pages before the spring rain, each one explaining the problem plainly, like why roots get into sewer lines and what clearing them involves. Add an easy way to book recurring work, tie it to your Google Business Profile and track which page produced each call.
The park also splits the area. Someone on the High Park North side can see different Maps results from someone near The Queensway, so a single pin rarely covers both. Reviews from jobs on each side help, and a page that names the streets around the park gives Google a clearer picture of where you work.

High Park web design questions
When should a seasonal site go live?
A couple of months before your busy season, so Google has time to find and rank the new pages. If you do fall eavestrough work, summer is the time to build. If the rush is already close, we launch the most important pages first and add the rest after.
Is refreshing pages before each season extra?
The build is priced on its own. Refreshing seasonal pages, adding new job photos and updating your profile before each rush is part of an optional monthly plan, and that plan is month-to-month. Plenty of clients use it for the busy months and pause it in the quiet ones.
Can you tell which season's pages produce calls?
Yes. Calls and form fills are tracked back to the page they came from, so by the end of a fall you'll know whether the eavestrough page or the roof repair page earned more work. That tells you where to put next year's effort.
Do you work with trades on the west side?
Plenty of them. We're Toronto-based and most of a project happens on a strategy call and screen shares, so you can stay on the tools during your busy season. If you'd rather meet in person, mention it when you book.
